Thank You

Thank you again to the Town of Christiansburg for their support, hospitality, and for building this wonderful public park. Special thanks to Brad Epperley, Parks and Recreation Director and his team. This park is an amazing community asset.

L-R:  Brad Epperley, Director of Christiansburg Parks and Recreation;  Erin Ruyle, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation; and Dialogue on Race Steering Committee members: Martha Ann Stallings, Debbie Sherman Lee, and Andy Morikawa
The Splash Pad beside the Hilltop Pavilion is a favorite summertime recreation spot for kids. How fun! A state-of-the-art inclusive playground can be seen in the background. The yellow flowering shrubs alongside the walkway, Hypericum prolificum, Shrubby St. John’s Wort, an excellent long-blooming native shrub, testifies to the deeply innovative design of this excellent public park.
